What we collect, why we keep it, and how Roundtable handles your account data.

What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to operate Roundtable:
- Your name and email address from Google/GitHub OAuth, used only to identify your account.
- The topics and discussion content you create inside Roundtable.
- Usage counts, such as the number of sessions created, to enforce free-tier limits.
- Subscription status only. Payment details are handled entirely by Creem.
How we use your data
- To provide the Roundtable service.
- To process subscription payments via Creem.
- To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use your discussion content to train AI models.
Data storage
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Vercel. AI responses are generated via OpenAI's API, and your prompts are also subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Contact us using the email address listed in our terms of service.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking, profiling, or advertising cookies are used.
