What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to operate Roundtable:
- Your name and email address from Google/GitHub OAuth (to identify your account)
- The topics and discussion content you create
- Usage counts (number of sessions created) to enforce free-tier limits
- Payment information is handled entirely by Creem — we store only your subscription status
How we use your data
- To provide the Roundtable service
- To process subscription payments via Creem
- To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your discussion content to train AI models
Data storage
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Vercel. AI responses are generated via Anthropic's Claude API — your prompts are subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Contact us at the email in our terms of service.
